1. Acceptance of Terms

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

Maximum winnings from a single bet or gaming session may be capped depending on game type and stake level. Progressive jackpot games have no maximum winning limit. 6.4 Technical Issues

In the event of technical malfunction, software error, or disconnection during gameplay, 1phbet will make reasonable efforts to restore your session and preserve your position. Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened after a minimum cooling-off period of seven (7) days, subject to verification.

9.2 Suspension by 1phbet

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, 1PHBET AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 1phbet does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of 1phbet Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our Services, you must first contact our customer support team in writing via email, providing detailed information about the nature of your complaint. 1phbet will investigate and respond to your complaint within ten (10) business days. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to our management team for further review.

11.3 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the breach, termination, or validity thereof, that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint procedure shall be settled by binding arbitration administered under the Philippine Arbitration Law. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with 1phbet on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against the Company.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

1phbet reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated via email notification, website announcement, or in-app messaging. Your continued use of our Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using our Platform immediately and close your account.
